Volunteer Opportunities

SCORE is always looking for more volunteers to keep our club strong and growing, and to help provide the best possible learning environment for teaching the game of soccer. SCORE has always prided itself on its high-level of organization and infrastructure, but this can only be accomplished through the work of many dedicated volunteers. An infusion of new volunteers every year helps retain the current volunteer base with all of its knowledge and experience, along with bringing new skills and ideas to our club.

Some employers, such as Microsoft, will donate gift matching funds to SCORE for each hour of a volunteer's time spent working for our club.  Volunteers should keep track of their donated time as a SCORE coach, assistant coach, administrator or board member so that an employee's efforts can be a double benefit to SCORE.  More information about the Microsoft Employee Giving program can be found here.

Coaches, assistant coaches and team managers are essential to the success of our teams on the pitch, but volunteers for administration and management positions are also needed to keep the club running.
